Helping You Regulate Your Nervous System,

Calm Chronic Anxiety, and Find Safety Within

As a bilingual Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern fluent in both English and Spanish, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals, find their voice, and express their authentic selves. With over 10 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I provide a compassionate, safe space at our Downtown Kissimmee office—and via telehealth across Florida—for clients ready to break free from the cycles keeping them stuck.

Nervous System-Informed Therapy & Chronic Anxiety

Throughout my career, I have developed a specialized focus in helping individuals suffering from debilitating chronic anxiety, panic attacks, and compulsive disorders. As a nervous system-informed therapist, I believe that the true key to finding emotional balance is through nervous system regulation. When we are constantly feeling stressed, worried, or unsafe, our natural defenses go up. By learning how to listen and respond to the signals of a sensitized nervous system, we can profoundly change how we interact with life’s challenges and how we connect to the world around us.

Therapeutic Approach & Advanced Modalities

To help my clients access a genuine, felt sense of safety, I naturally combine advanced evidence-based modalities tailored to your unique needs:

  • Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Tools: Understanding body-based stress responses and using tools like EFT tapping to quiet a sensitized nervous system.

  • Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP): Sound-based intervention designed to improve auditory processing, reduce sensory overstimulation, and promote nervous system regulation.

  • Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT): Processing deep emotions and transforming negative self-talk into emotional resilience.

  • Gottman Method Therapy: Research-backed strategies for couples seeking to repair trust and improve communication.

  • Attachment Theory & Crisis Intervention: Healing relational wounds and learning grounding skills during acute stress or anxiety.

Your Path to Renewal

Whether you are navigating the heavy exhaustion of corporate burnout, healing from past wounds, or looking to break old relational patterns, you don't have to navigate this journey alone. If you are ready to quiet a sensitized nervous system and find hope on your path toward renewal, repair, and restoration, I am here to help you find your second wind.
