​As a bilingual (Spanish) counselor, I have expertise in areas such as depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and trauma. I specialize in Christian counseling, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), coaching, couples counseling, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns in the state of Florida.​

In addition, I have a deep understanding of the unique struggles healthcare workers endure, having worked closely with them at a Level I Trauma Center. I offer a safe and empathetic space for healthcare professionals to process their emotions, find strength, and rediscover their purpose amidst the demanding nature of their roles.
